Francis Jay Caputo, M.S. C.M.C. has spent more than two decades asking a question most leadership programs avoid: What actually happens between people — and why does it so often go wrong?

A TEDx speaker, Certified Master Coach with over 9,500 logged coaching hours, Certified Radical Honesty® Trainer, and former District Court Mediator, Jay holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. He has worked with leaders across five continents — from emerging managers to C-suite executives — helping them see what they cannot see on their own: how they show up in the relationships that define their success.
